This two piece outfit is super adorable. I don't know why they call it a cartoon outfit for it's just a tutu skirt with a black shirt and pink design on the edges of shirt & for the two hair ties that come with it. The tutu fabric is made of tool as usual ones are. It is not see through which is a plus and there are multiple layers to it. The shirts black color is looks very slim and the fabric is breathable. The outfit is just perfect for Summer time. The pink design is the perfect contrast of colors and is nicely detailed. I would definitely recommend this two piece outfit for toddlers. It's also very easily cleaned which is a huge plus with toddlers.
